Eligibility Criteria
- Open to registered corporate teams, organisations, and institutions.
- Each team must consist of five (5) participants.
- Each team must include at least one (1) female participant.
- Participants must be 18 years and above.
Team and Registration Rules
- Teams must register under an official company name.
- Each company may register multiple teams with no maximum participation limit.
- Each team must consist of five(5) participants.
- Registration is confirm upon full payment.
- Participant substitution is allowed before the registration deadline.
- All participants must wear their official bib number clearly on the front chest area of their shirt at all times during the event.
- Bib numbers must not be transferred, modified, or used by another participant.
Event and Safety Rules
- Participants must follow official race routes and event instructions.
- Medical and safety support will be provided throughout the event.
- All participants are covered under Group Personal Accident Insurance.
Official Results and Organizer Rights
- Winners will be determined based on official timing results recorded by the event timing system.
- Winners’ prizes are awarded to eligible teams only.
- Team results will be determined based on the timing of the fifth(5th) runner crossing the finish line.
- All five (5) team members must complete the race for the team to be considered as a valid finisher.
- Teams are encouraged to finish together; However, the official team timing will be recorded upon the fifth(5th) runner crossing the finish line.
- Teams with incomplete finisher will not be eligible for ranking or prizes.
- Participants must follow the official start time and release instructions by the organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to amend event rules, if necessary.
